John 8:36. “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
Hebrews 4:16 says: Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Ephesians 3:16 that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being
2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
2 Corinthians 12:10 For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Proverbs 2:11–12 discretion will watch over you, understanding will guard you, delivering you from the way of evil
Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.
James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.
What a wonderful promise we have that if we confess our sins, we are forgiven. But that’s only half the story. If we are going to truly overcome there’s something more we need.
