The Bible says it’s not good for man to be alone. Studies show isolation is unhealthy for body, mind and spirit. On the other hand, the benefits of community are incredible . . . acceptance, support, encouragement, belonging, inspiration, safety, security, better mental, emotional and physical health. It is therefore critical – especially during this pandemic – for ourselves our churches and our communities to be intentional about staying connected.
